Your Personal Partner for Holistic Health

Arezu Langner

As a teacher of dance and dance gymnastics, I have been dealing with movement, body and body awareness for almost my entire life. I speak German, English, French and Spanish, which has made it easier for me to communicate with clients. After the training in 1992, I taught in various studios in Hamburg and quickly realized that a complete and holistic body feeling requires specific training. With the licenses for aerobics, step aerobics trainer, knee school, back school and equipment trainer, I expanded my training possibilities and I completed my body understanding.

After having worked for many years in the sports field, I became interested in body care from the inside, that is, the well-being of the soul and mind, which is then reflected on the outside. So in 2016 I began to study Shiatsu and in 2021 TCM/Acupuncture

The holistic approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has changed my life profoundly and I have realized that it is very easy to take care of yourself if you take care of these 3 pillars: food, movement and emotions. This brings us into an energetic balance, and we will feel well and in harmony.

Adding my personal and professional experience with TCM over the years I developed my holistic concept that helps you regain your energetic balance so you can better manage daily stress and take care of yourself from the inside out.
