TCM is an approx. 3000-year-old, holistic concept that includes all aspects of life in the diagnosis. They all have the same value, i.e. nutrition is just as important as emotional well-being (meditation) and physical well-being (sport and exercise). This has been the reason for me, why I have decided to study it and base my concept of well-being on it. It gives you the keys to your well-being and if you incorporate its guidelines into your life it empowers you to take care of yourself in every way: physically, emotionally and mentally.
Our body is a wonderful mechanism that, when we are balanced, works with incredible perfection. It is driven by our life energy Qi, which flows through the whole body. It’s perfect but a very delicate balance. When this balance is disturbed and the flow of energy is disrupted, we fall ill. This can happen due to an unhealthy diet, stress over a longer period, or direct external influences (accidents or bacteria/viruses). Often it is the interaction of several factors.
We all know the “everyday stress” and often we must add the stress of our job. There is quickly no more time for sports, cooking healthily, meditation, resting and enough sleep. The vicious circle begins.
With TCM diagnosis I can quickly identify the root of the problem and help with Acupuncture, Shiatsu and Massage.
